Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the terms below.

● Digital Only: I am a digital illustrator. My work is digital only, meaning no physical goods will be shipped.● Personal Use: All commissions are for private, personal use only, unless commercial rights are explicitly purchased.● AI & NFT Ban: I strictly prohibit the usage of my illustrations for AI learning, datasets, or engines. My art cannot be minted as an NFT under any circumstances.● Right to Decline: I reserve the right to decline any commission outside my abilities or comfort zone.

● Revisions: You receive 2 free revisions during the sketching phase. Any changes requested after sketch approval will be charged an additional $10 to $50.● Turnaround Time: Commissions may take up to 1 month depending on complexity and queue.

● I CAN draw: OCs, Fanart, VTubers, detailed character designs, and NSFW.● I WON'T draw: Mecha, extreme gore, real people, discriminatory content, or minor-coded characters in NSFW scenarios.

● Payment Method: Full payment must be sent upfront via PayPal invoice only.● Commercial & Merchandise Use: +100% of the total price for commercial use (promotional, stream assets, etc.). +200% for merchandise use.● NDA & Rush Fees: A $100 fee applies for a Non-Disclosure Agreement. A $10 fee applies if you wish to skip the queue (Rush Fee).● Complexity Fee: Highly complex designs may incur an extra cost.

● Refund Policy: I do not allow cancellations or issue refunds unless I am personally unable to finish your order.● Chargebacks: Chargebacks are strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiting your rights to the artwork and placement on a public blacklist.

VTUBER MODELS

This service includes model art and layering, a document for the Live2D rigger with the .psd infos, and free cutting edits at the rigger's need.

● Note: This price is for the character art and PSD cutting only. I do not offer Live2D rigging.

● Please inquire via DM for small toggles (plushies, stickers), large toggles (alt outfits, hairstyles), and specific outfit design fees.● Turnaround time for models highly depends on complexity.● Please ask for a quote for your specific case before proceeding to order.

ADOPTABLES

By purchasing my designs, you automatically confirm that you have read and agreed to the terms below.

● Claim Timer: Payment must be completed within 24 hours after claiming the adopt. Otherwise, it will be relisted or offered to the next willing person. Refunds: All payments are strictly non-refundable. No holds are available.

● Eligibility: Payment plans are only available for adopts priced at $300 or more, for a maximum period of 30 days.● Process: You must request the plan before purchasing or bidding. Payment is made in two parts (50% each). The first half is due within 24 hours of claiming.● Delays: Delaying payment is forbidden. If you face difficulties, contact me in advance to request a deadline extension.

● Rules & Usage Rights: I retain all copyrights to my works. Use of my art for AI training or NFTs is strictly prohibited.● Commercial Use: Usage in monetized media (VTubing, streaming, YouTube) or merchandise is considered commercial use and must be discussed.● Credits & Anonymity: Please credit me as the original artist. If you wish to remain anonymous as the buyer, let me know in advance.● Design Changes: You are free to change the design as you like, but it is strictly not allowed to draw on top of my original artwork.● Edits by Me: Any changes requested by you start at $5. I only modify color filters, not the entire design's palette.

● Pricing: You may only resell the adopt above the original price you paid if you have purchased additional commissioned artwork for that specific character.
